Undergraduate Student

Flavia Valente is a senior undergraduate studying chemical engineering and comparative literature.

She is interested in ultrasensitive SERS, stochastic equilibrium Raman spectroscopy, and cathodoluminescence study of quantum emitters.

She is also president of UC Berkeley’s chapter of Engineers Without Borders, loves to sing opera, and ballroom dances.
